Terms & Conditions

  • Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle before any service.

  • Higher Living AutoSpa will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property, including the vehicle being serviced or any belongings inside the vehicle. Higher Living AutoSpa assures that your car is being serviced lawfully and safely, and if you feel otherwise, please communicate your concerns to the Site Manager.

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s risk and must withstand normal cleaning processes.

  • Higher Living AutoSpa does not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to ensure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.

  • Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing needs.

  • While every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness and are done so without voiding our cancellation policy.

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk.

  • All Detail services require phone number, package, and vehicle condition verification. Higher Living AutoSpa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Higher Living AutoSpa reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing.

  • Higher Living AutoSpa will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse towards its staff under any circumstances. It will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

  • We have a minimum starting price for all services that varies with the labor needed to complete the service.

  • A minimum 50% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

  • Our prices are based on detailing type, type of car, and vehicle condition and will be advertised as a FIRM price.

  • Higher Living AutoSpa reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition and type.

  • Higher Living AutoSpa reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original estimate; the customer will be advised, and service will only proceed after customer acceptance.

  • Prices online include local and state taxes that apply to services. Detailing services are starting prices that serve as guidance.

Communications

  • Higher Living AutoSpa will send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request, provide information about the detail, and conduct a customer satisfaction survey after completing the job.

  • Higher Living AutoSpa may call you directly to schedule your service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey.

  • All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

  • We must charge the card before each visit since service can’t be done.

Club Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  • Having a Higher Living AutoSpa Membership Subscription is a privilege we offer everyone. Therefore, we request all customers to respect our rules.

  • To cancel the Membership Subscription, please email your request to members@higherlivingautospa.com. You may also cancel online through your online portal.

  • Higher Living AutoSpa membership can be used once every 24 hours. In each month, the membership is renewed.

  • Higher Living AutoSpa Membership Subscription is month to month; no long-term commitments, contracts, or hidden cancellation charges exist. If you want to cancel your membership, you may do so by emailing or using your online portal.

  • All cancelation notices should be completed on our website: www.higherlivingautospa.com.

  • Only the vehicle listed on the sign-up form is eligible for the Higher Living AutoSpa Membership Subscription and must have an RFID tag installed on the vehicle’s windshield. Damaged tags should be reported to Higher Living AutoSpa Car Wash management immediately. Any attempt to remove the tag will cause damage and keep it from operating correctly. The wash club member will be charged $25.00 for tag replacement. The wash club member is responsible for notifying Higher Living AutoSpa of any change in vehicle ownership.

  • By enrolling in the Higher Living AutoSpa Unlimited Wash Club, I agree that the credit card provided can be charged the billable amount on the enrollment form. I also agree to waive any right to withhold or delay payment of related credit card charges. Whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.

  • Credit/debit cards on file will be billed monthly on the day of sign-up (If you sign up on the 9th of the month, you will be billed every month on the 9th).

  • Higher Living AutoSpa Membership Subscription cannot be used with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

  • By providing your mobile phone number and e-mail address to Higher Living AutoSpa on the front of this form, you expressly authorize us to deliver or cause to be offered calls and messages to you at the number provided, using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or pre-recorded voice, as well as e-mail communications for any purposes, including related to telemarketing and advertising of car washes and other benefits, products, and services that may be of interest. You also agree to Higher Living AutoSpa’s terms and conditions. You understand that you need not consent as a condition to purchase any goods or services.

  • Higher Living AutoSpa reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or ban any member subscription for any reason that fits the business.

  • Higher Living AutoSpa will immediately revoke any member subscription used by more than one customer.

  • Higher Living AutoSpa will cancel any club subscription shared between multiple vehicles.

Service Guarantee

  • Suppose there is a probable and apparent cause that the service did not fulfill the package as ordered or is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship. In that case, we will, at our cost, refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.

  • Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from Higher Living AutoSpa voids our Service Guarantee. Redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after unauthorized cleaning or repairs.

  • Refusing a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of your service limits any refunds.

  • Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray, or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redos, or additional work will be performed outside the original package or estimate.

  • Some issues may require services beyond those you ordered. Refusing the services recommended by customer service on-site may invalidate the service guarantee.

  • Payment is due before service. Refusal or failure to pay for your assistance in advance will void the service; the service will only begin with a price.

  • Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by emailing (claims@higherlivingautospa.com). Pictures of the unsatisfactory portion of the service must be emailed to claims@higherlivingautospa.com within 24 hours of the claim being made.

Gift Cards and Certificates

  • Gift Cards/Certificates can only be used once per vehicle per service.

  • Gift Cards/Certificates can be combined or redeemed with additional discounts, coupons, or promotions.

  • The final price for services rendered may exceed the value of these gift cards/certificates.

  • Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift cards/certificates.

  • Additional surcharges for excessive pet hair, biological waste, other hazardous materials, larger vehicles, extreme damage, or other issues may apply.

  • Gift certificates reflect a cash value. Service prices may adjust due to seasonality, location, inflation, or demand.

  • Any balances for services ordered are due at the time of service and do not include additional services, tax, or gratuity.

  • If the www.higherlivingautospa.com network does not cover the redeemer, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • The gift cards/certificates are non-refundable.
